When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. TRENDILYN reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until TRENDILYN confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change or cancel your order we will contact you using the email, billing address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

TRENDILYN is powered by Shopify. However all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with TRENDILYN. By using our store you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and TRENDILYN, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with TRENDILYN.

All personal information we collect through our store is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our store you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your use of the store.
