Refund policy

At TRENDILYN, we care about every order we send out and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is everything you need to know about our returns and refunds process.

Your Right to Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We also ask that you contact us before sending anything back so we can approve your return first. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

What Cannot Be Returned

We are not able to accept items that are sent back without prior approval from us. We also cannot accept items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition. Returns requested after the 30 day window has passed will not be accepted either.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send your item back without reaching out to us first. To start a return, email us at contact@trendilyn.com with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday with full instructions on how and where to send your return. Any returns sent without our approval may not be processed.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the full cost of the return. We will provide a prepaid return label and you will not be out of pocket at all.

If you are returning because of a change of mind or because you ordered the wrong item, we do not cover return shipping costs. However we are happy to offer you a full store credit or an exchange at no extra cost to you. Just reach out and we will take care of it. If you do choose to send the item back yourself we recommend using a tracked service. TRENDILYN cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@trendilyn.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you and we will cover all return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will send you an email to let you know. If your return is approved your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method only. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to process the refund on their end as this can take 3 to 5 business days depending on your provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days of our approval email, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your bank or card provider as processing times can vary. If you have done both and still have not received anything, reach out to us at contact@trendilyn.com and we will look into it straight away.
