Shipping policy
At TRENDILYN, we pack and ship every order ourselves from our location in Surprise, Arizona. No warehouses, no third parties. Your order is handled by us personally before it ever leaves our door.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
Every order ships free. No minimum, no fine print. The price you see is the price you pay.
How We Process Your Order
When you place an order, we get to work. We pack your item carefully, print your shipping label, and have it ready for USPS collection within 1 business day.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and handed to USPS the following business day at the latest. We do not process orders on weekends or US Federal Holidays. If your order lands on one of those days, we will have it out the very next business day.
Delivery
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order leaves us, USPS typically delivers within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location across the US.
From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, you are generally looking at 2 to 4 business days in total.
During busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday, USPS can run slightly behind their usual times. We will always get your order out on our end without delay. Any slowdown would be on the carrier side, which is outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a USPS tracking number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can follow your parcel the whole way directly on our website at trendilyn.com/apps/track123. If that email does not show up in your inbox, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Your Delivery Address
Please make sure your address is entered correctly when you check out. Once an order has been handed to USPS we cannot make changes to it. If an order is lost or delayed because of an incorrect address we are not able to take responsibility for that, so it is worth double checking before you confirm your order.
If you have a PO Box, no problem. USPS Priority Mail delivers to PO Boxes without any issues.
Cancellations
We move quickly, so if you need to cancel please get in touch as soon as possible. Email us at contact@trendilyn.com with your order number and we will do everything we can to stop it before it ships. If it has already gone out by the time you contact us we will not be able to cancel it at that stage, but our returns process will take care of you once it arrives.
Missing Orders
If your order has not shown up within 7 business days of your dispatch email, please reach out and we will look into it straight away. We will check the tracking and follow up with USPS to get it resolved for you.
Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number, a quick description of what happened, and a photo of the item and the packaging. We will sort it out for you as quickly as we can.
